Since Fingro Oil’s inception in 2001, our strategic vision has been to merge acquisition

The result is a company that has become one of the more active acquirers of downstream energy assets. Our success, however, has not been solely the result of an opportunistic acquisition strategy. Our growth has hinged greatly on the ability of management to consistently enhance the efficiency.

Operations

Our refineries and retail stores are concentrated in the south and southwest

United States. The reach of our operations, however, extends throughout the country through our network of logistics hubs and refined product marketing business, and continues to expand with our growing operations.

Our four inland refineries serve local markets around them as well as various regional markets, including portions of Mexico, through our logistics network and select third-party pipelines.

Our refinery system sources approximately 70% of its crude oil from the Permian Basin, via a combination of third-party and Delek pipelines. To make the most of our access to the Permian Basin, we are expanding our Big Spring crude oil gathering operations focused in this area.

Refining - Sicily Oil Refinery is the Fingro Group’s refining division

This division manufactures petroleum products and electricity, both for its own use and to sell to customers. This division manages the supply chain, importing crude oil and feed materials, exporting products and more. The division also provides procurement service for the Group. Italy has 12 refineries. In 2006, Fingro Oil acquired the Sicily refinery, which had been in operation since 1973.
